Network of excellence
In several areas of science and engineering it is necessary to solve problems of high computational cost. To this end, researchers use parallel systems that increasingly have a heterogeneous and / or hierarchical structure, and are difficult to program and use efficiently. Examples of such systems are heterogeneous computer networks and multi-core (multicore) processors.
The groups participating in this network address in their lines of work the problems posed by these platforms. The network seeks to facilitate the exchange and transfer of knowledge between the groups, to foster cooperation, and to articulate efforts to consolidate their international recognition in the field of CAPAP-H.
